- Day-to-day questions about your child: their class teacher.
- Absence, late, or sick: the school office, by 08:30.
- Concerns about progress or wellbeing: first the class teacher, then the Deputy Head.
- Fees and payments: the school business manager.
- A formal complaint: the Head, in writing; thereafter the Chair of Trustees.
